The Conrad Ballroom is located on the Lobby level and accommodates up to 1200 guests. A wide marble staircase, on both sides of an impressive fountain entrance, leads up to the ballroom, creating a sense of harmony and ensuring the privacy of your event. The Conrad Ballroom is also accessed through an elegantly designed private entrance from the hotel's main Lobby and, for the convenience of guests, the Conrad Ballroom also features a private guest elevator from the Concourse level to the ballroom

The ballroom is also equipped with a myriad of technical details to render the room highly functional. Specifically, special sound and light equipment hidden in the ceiling (dimmed lights for guests' direct control, ceiling speakers with house music), the latest IT conference equipment, many power sources to reduce wiring on the floor, movable spotlights, telephone lines, satellite ports and three integrated screens. For the convenience of guests with special needs, the ballroom also features a guest elevator from the Concourse level to the ballroom.

Distinguished by its very high ten-metre ceiling and impressive crystal chandelier, the Conrad Ballroom is the perfect venue to host prestigious weddings and celebrations. This great ballroom is also decorated with glistening mirrors and luxurious, dark wooden panelling, creating an atmosphere of space elegance.

It offers 882 square metres of function space and can be divided into three equal sections. The ballroom benefits from five front doors in addition to two side doors that can be accessed through the hotel Lobby, making it the ideal venue for exhibitions and conferences. The ballroom's wide entrance door (4.0 x 3.0 metres) provides access for extra-large exhibits that can be brought up via the freight elevator on the right side of the ballroom.

The ballroom has a 294-square-metre foyer area that can be implemented for buffet set-ups, food stations and bars. It also functions as an exhibition area and for breakouts.
